Please note: we do not offer free returns. Return shipping fees apply.
Can I return my order?
Yes.
If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The order includes all parts and components, and the original packaging is returned in the condition it was received.

The product shows normal handling only; damage caused by improper use is excluded.

For products where hygiene is important, the item has been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

The product was found to be faulty on arrival (report promptly).

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, we will confirm the return within this timeframe. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect items have been used or damaged due to customer fault.
How do I return my order?

Reason for the return

Photo of the product (if damaged)

Address
We will then provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send your parcel back to the sender address. Only return to the address we provide after you contact us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
